Privacy policy

When you send us a message through the forms on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your enquiry (for rental enquiries, also your practice type, preferred format, and dates).

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox (evolutionclubdmk@gmail.com) by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which processes your entry solely to deliver it to us. We use your details only to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit or rental. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Classes and events at Evolution Club are booked directly with each teacher through their own website or booking system. When you follow a booking link, the teacher’s own privacy policy applies — we receive no data about your booking.

The map on our About page is loaded from Google Maps only after you choose to open it (or scroll it fully into view). From that moment, Google may process technical data such as your IP address under Google’s own privacy policy. Until then, no request is sent to Google.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like every website host, Vercel processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to evolutionclubdmk@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
